SHORT TEMPERED IS MY WEAKNESS
Short
tempered is a situation of human being. It arises after continuous disturbance
for a very short period of time. It shows the nature of a particular human
being. It is also related with aptly reaction to a particular action. Generally
the intensity level of short temperedness varies from low to high. Higher
intensity of short temperedness may cause harm to a particular event whereas
low intensity of the same may cause better to a particular event. Short
temperedness is a negative as well as a positive in nature of an individual but
it depends on its intensity level. By professionally it is not advisable to go
on higher intensity level of short temperedness whereas bit short tempered may
advisable for successful of a particular assignment of an organisation. Some of
people are not happy with short tempered person because they cannot
intermingled to each other but on other hand there is some space and dignity
that needs to be maintained professionally.
There
are various cases where bit short tempered nature is very useful for on time
delivery of result in an organisation. For example, I have assigned a duty to
my team staffs that needs to complete within a stipulated time but if actually
not completed then automatically sense of bit short temperedness arises and at
the same time I also have to use my internal positive defence mechanism to calm
down as well as adjust myself to teach the lesson in positive way to my team
staffs so that they would also realize and must be done on next stipulated
time. For health purpose, it is not always advisable of any intensity level of
short temperedness as it may cause alteration in blood pressure, pulse rate and
heart beat from the normal range. Higher level of short temperedness causes
irritations, headache, high blood pressure, tension, hormonal imbalance etc. in
human body.
I
have been observed that meditation and practice of Yoga may very useful tools
to reduce the nature of short temperedness. These tools are helping in
acclimatizing our body according to adverse situation such as short
temperedness. Better planning and positive thinking attitude may also minimize
the intensity level of short temperedness.
Therefore,
I would like to conclude that in general short temperedness is weakness of
human being but it is also depend on its intensity level. Bit short
temperedness may act as positive energy whereas strong short temperedness may
act as negative energy of human beings. I put myself on bit short temperedness
and cope up with my internal positive defence system.
